High-Quality China JYFJS-011 Aluminum Alloy Electromagnetic Gas Emergency Shut-off Valve - Top Suppliers & Factory Manufacturers, Suppliers
Product Description
Working Principle and Structural Diagram
- This valve is a normally open shut-off valve with a holding control mode. It remains open without power during normal operation and can automatically close upon receiving a shut-off signal. After closing, it can be manually opened and will automatically close again upon receiving another shut-off signal.
- When a leakage accident occurs, the alarm system sounds an alert, instantly providing a DC pulse voltage to the solenoid valve. The coil is energized, driving the valve to quickly close, cutting off the gas source and entering a self-locking state.
- When a gas leak occurs, the alarm's capacitor continuously releases a 3-second DC pulse voltage, energizing the coil, closing the valve to cut off the gas supply, and entering a self-locking state.
- The interaction of instantaneous electromagnetic force of the coil, permanent magnetic force, and spring force is used to achieve pulse drive, automatic valve closing, and manual valve opening self-holding functions.

Frequently Asked Questions
QHow does the solenoid shut-off valve work under normal operating conditions?
Under normal operating conditions, the valve remains in the open position without requiring any power supply. It only closes when it receives a shut-off signal, such as a DC pulse voltage triggered by a gas leak alarm.
QWhat triggers the valve to close automatically?
The valve closes automatically when the connected alarm system detects a gas leak and sends a DC pulse voltage to the solenoid coil, driving the valve to close and enter a self-locking state.
QHow long is the DC pulse voltage released by the alarm's capacitor?
When a gas leak is detected, the alarm's capacitor continuously releases a 3-second DC pulse voltage, sufficient to fully energize the coil and lock the valve in the closed position.
QHow can the valve be reopened after it has been closed and self-locked?
After the valve enters the self-locking state, it can only be reopened through manual operation using the Reset Device (component #6).
QWhat are the main structural components of this solenoid shut-off valve?
The valve consists of 9 key components: Valve body, Diaphragm, Valve cover, Spring, Actuator, Reset Device, Dust cover, Moving iron core, and Sealing ring.
